The service portal of the FDZ-DZHW is a web-based system to support the data transfer and data usage of the FDZ-DZHW. With the service portal the FDZ-DZHW refers to the area of the website where, after authentication (registration/login), all requests for data transfer and data use are to be made systematically. This means that applications for data transfer and data provision can be submitted via this area or existing contracts can be extended or expanded. In addition, the service portal can be used to request application-specific export of results for remote desktop or on-site use or to report publications with FDZ-DZHW data.
The aim of the service portal is to structure the services in such a way that they can be provided regardless of person, effectively, with high quality and well documented.
